How It Works

1. Browse & Request a Quote

Start by browsing our inventory and selecting the items you’re interested in. Once you’re ready, submit a quote request with your event details.

We’ll review your request and send over a custom quote based on your needs.

2. Review Your Quote

Once you receive your quote, take a moment to review the items, pricing, and event details.

Have questions or need to make changes? No problem—just reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

3. Reserve Your Date

To officially reserve your rental, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required.

Once your deposit is submitted, your items and event date are secured.

4. Confirm Details

The week of your event, our team will reach out (typically the Monday prior) with:

  • Your delivery or pickup time frame
  • Final details
  • Any additional information we may need

5. Delivery or Pickup

Depending on your order, we will either:

  • Deliver & set up your items, or
  • Have your order ready for pickup

At delivery or pickup:

  • A rental agreement will be signed
  • We’ll review care and return expectations

6. Enjoy Your Event

Relax and enjoy your event—we’ve got the rentals covered!

7. Pickup or Return

  • For deliveries: We’ll return at the scheduled time to pick everything up
  • For pickups: Items should be returned in the same condition and setup as received

Important Notes

  • Final balance is due prior to or at delivery/pickup
  • Please ensure items are accessible at delivery and ready at pickup
  • Let us know ahead of time if there are stairs, hills, or obstacles
